Zero tolerance for child exploitation

magicbooklet, operated by WISHCRAFTER, prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This includes grooming, sextortion, trafficking, sexualizing or endangering a minor, and creating, requesting, uploading, generating, sharing, selling, or linking to CSAM. These rules apply to prompts, AI-generated output, profiles, public posts, marketplace resources, messages sent to support, and every other part of the Service.

Reporting

Use the clearly labelled report control in the app to report content or an account. For an urgent child-safety concern, or when the in-app control is unavailable, email our designated child-safety contact at info@magicbooklet.com.

Include the content or profile URL, what happened, and any information that may help us locate the material. Do not download, copy, or redistribute suspected CSAM to make a report. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement.

How we respond

We review child-safety reports and take appropriate action when we obtain actual knowledge of prohibited material or conduct. Depending on the circumstances, this may include removing or restricting content, disabling accounts, preserving relevant evidence where lawful, and cooperating with lawful investigations. We report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children or the relevant regional authority when required by applicable law, and we comply with applicable child-safety laws and regulations.

Access and prevention

The Service is for adults aged 18 or older. Users must not attempt to help a minor access the Service or use it to contact, identify, solicit, exploit, or endanger a minor. We use product safeguards, user reports, moderation, account restrictions, and provider safety controls to enforce these standards. No safety system is perfect, so reports from users and authorities remain essential.
